Asaf Darash
CEO and Founder
Asaf Darash is the founder of Regpack, an online registration system used by more than 6,000 organizations and 25+ million users worldwide. Regpack’s technology is based on Asaf’s Ph.D. research that dealt with computer data connections and networks and is the foundation for the flexibility of the Regpack system. Asaf also has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and investor.
Edgar Carrasco
V.P. of Business Development
Edgar graduated from Northwood University with a BBA and has over 20 years of experience in client servicing. His previous banking experience has allowed Regpack to grow our integrated payment processing from a few hundred transactions annually to hundreds of millions of dollars processed each year.
Calvin Hosey
Head of Operations and Payment Partnerships
Calvin is a proud UC Berkeley alumni, and former football player. Calvin’s experience managing teams at Google, and other companies, has translated well to his role at Regpack managing projects and building an efficient system. The number of positive reviews we have on our customer support is a testament to the great work Calvin and his team do!

Jeree has over a decade of experience as an Executive Assistant and Media Coordinator, including 5 years with the NFL. Her skills keep our client training schedule organized and on time. Jeree and her team consistently provide an excellent client onboarding experience. Jeree is currently working towards a degree in Psychology.

Head of Internal Marketing
Anna leads PR & Internal Marketing at Regpack, blending 20+ years of experience in project management and client strategy to spotlight Regpack’s impact and keep clients engaged. Outside of work, she’s a mom of two, a longtime board member for a girls’ fast pitch league, and a big fan of beach days, sports fields, and Boris—her energetic rescue dog who keeps things interesting.

Mandi leads external marketing at Regpack, with 10+ years of experience in content strategy, SEO, and growing brands for startups and scaling fintech companies. She’s a published journalist, book nerd with two energetic dogs, and firm believer in marketing that puts people first.
